Bugs Galore

First: The application quits frequently and unexpectedly during the set up process. One moment you are entering data, the next the program disappears.

Second: The application frequently "freezes" the computer, requiring restart---when it freezes, it does not respond to Force Quit.

Third: Their support may be "legendary", but one wonders "legendary" where? Slovenia? When you need to refer to information in the support section of their website, you realize how thin the information really is. What happened to PDF manuals?
