The old version worked. This one doesnt

I liked Moneywell so well when I first got it that I recommended it to my husband. Sorry I did. Since I updated to the newer version in late 2012 I have had nothing but trouble with it. It keeps crashing. And lately it lost my file completely. I was able to restore to the end of December, 2012, but lost everything Ive done in 2013. Yes, of course I save, all the time. And the website is really useless for finding any help.
